华为的旗舰机型都是有在海外发型的，而且海外发行价格还会高于国行，那么很多在国外生活的留学生就会买国行，然后带去海外使用，但是国行版本却没有Facebook、Google的组件等，那需要就是刷机了。因为硬件是一样的。
1、互刷是指的官方ROM，比如国行刷成国际版享受全面的Google服务，或者国际版刷成国行更适合国内使用
2、菊花的服务站是拒绝的，3月的时候我去售后，攻城狮直言硬刷会成砖，成功吓退了我
3、刷机难免有失手，不刷没大事，心理承受力有限的就不推荐尝试了
我同学用的是国际版（LON-L29C636），在国行在吵着B186好还是B213好的时候，国际版还在B139（最近刚推送B182）
就好像国际版已经被菊花厂忘记了似的，国际版在国内使用诸多不便，没有情景智能提醒、没有智能短信、没有微信应用分身、没有在线主题、没有字体、地图不能用、打车是没用的Uber、NFC没功能.....
看来这个华为的旗舰“商务机”算是白买了
具体步骤（Steps）如下：
1、Prepare and Notice
A. Backup data, it might be restore factory default setting especially using downgrade ROM version.（备份数据）
B. Unlock bootloader before apply manual update, the manual update package bypass auth through modified stock recovery.（解锁BL）
C. After update successfully, device might be locked again.
D. Only tested China Mate9 with MHA-AL00C00 and MHA-L29C636 ROM.
E. The manual update script use TWRP (Thanks to @Tkkg1994, @OldDroid)（刷第三方REC）
2、Download Update ZIP（比较至关重要的，务必有耐心）
A. Get ROM update link through http://pro-teammt.ru/ Click "filelist.xml".
去http://pro-teammt.ru/找官方ROM的下载地址，根据机型自己搜吧：
Mate 9国行：MHA-AL00C00
Mate 9国际版：MHA-L29C636
Mate 9 Pro国行：LON-AL00C00
Mate 9 Pro国际版：LON-L29C636
B. Observe "update.zip" size, choose more than 1GB file size FULL OTA from previous step. Example MHA-L29C636B158 filelist Link, all three update files and path are in the filelist.xml content.
update.zip: Change URL last "filelist.xml" to "update.zip" download file.
update_data_public.zip: Change URL last "filelist.xml" to "public/update_data_full_public.zip" download file, and rename it to "update_data_public.zip"
update_all_hw.zip: Change URL last "filelist.xml" to "hw/spcseas/update_full_hw_spcseas.zip" download file, and rename it to "update_all_hw.zip"
C. Observe "update.zip" size, choose more than 1GB file size FULL OTA from previous step. Example MHA-AL00C00B167 filelist Link, , all three update files and path are in the filelist.xml content.
update.zip: Change URL last "filelist.xml" to "update.zip" download file.
update_data_public.zip: Change URL last "filelist.xml" to "public/update_data_full_public.zip" download file, and rename it to "update_data_public.zip"
update_all_hw.zip: Change URL last "filelist.xml" to "all/cn/update_full_all_cn.zip" download file, and rename it to "update_all_hw.zip"
Mate 9的ROM比较复杂，拆了几个部分，不像老机型，一个update.zip就完事了，它得分成好几个，这里的脚本有3个文件：update.zip、update_all_hw.zip、update_data_full_public.zip
后面的刷机脚本会把这几个.zip文件都传到手机上去刷机，但是可惜的是这3个文件的命名是不固定的，要自己发挥主观能动性来处理
靠什么呢，靠一开始提到的“filelist.xml”，打开这个“filelist.xml”看起来很可怕，实际上不用多看，下面这几个文件是这个ROM所包含的文件，其他的内容直接无视就好，这个版本来说，看起来就是5个文件：
update.zip
update_data_full_public.zip
update_full_all_cn.zip
update_full_demo_cn.zip
update_full_porsche_cn.zip
后面2个文件，一个是演示模式用的，一个是保时捷版用的，对于我的非保时捷版直接就可以无视了，这里就前3个是有用的
update.zip //大概是底包
update_data_full_public.zip //大概是公共包
update_full_all_cn.zip //大概是机型包
完整刷机是需要这3个文件缺一不可的
3、Manual Update Package
A. Download Package (Direct uncompress Base, OS, and Model zips without file name as directory.)

B. Run batch file "update.bat" or "update.sh" for same model update or rebrand with/without sdcard.
C. OEMInfo files are included for selection under rebrand.
D. Rebrand flash twice. Select "Rebrand" update type on the first time, and select "Same model update" on the second time. You may need to do factory default to get all app installed.
E. Follow message steps update should be done.
