有些人因为错误操作导致无法卸载ESET，特意发送官方卸载工具，附件两款，一款xp、2003、vista版，另一款win7、2008版， 请根据您当前使用的操作系统下载对应的ESET NOD32卸载工具，并将它解压缩保存到您的电脑桌面，然后进入安全模式运行。
注意：能够正常卸载ESET NOD32的用户，请不要使用强制卸载工具
重启电脑进入安全模式（系统启动时反复按F8键，直到出现Windows高级选项菜单，选择安全模式，然后按下回车键即可）
在安全模式中双击运行强制卸载工具“ESET Unstal XP 03 Vista” 或“ESET Unstal Win7 08”
1、在命令提示符下，输入字母“Y”按回车键。
2、此时会出现一个ESET NOD32软件程序。
3、在命令提示符下，输入数字“1”按回车键。
4、在命令提示符下，再次输入字母“Y”按回车键。
5、稍等一分钟后，将自动完成卸载过程，请手动重启计算机到正常模式。
