域名转移时查看域名的状态

在转移过程中,第三方whois查询的话,域名永远是Status: ok

别担心,你需要你当前代理商的域名管理平台,在帐户里直接查看域名的whois资料页面即可当前的状态是什么了。

一般也就是下面两种状态:

LocalStatus: ok EPPStatus: ok
域名解锁成功,处于可转出状态

LocalStatus: ok EPPStatus: pendingTransfer
域名代理商接受了来自转入商的转移要求,转移进行中

Pop的新网域名转移GoDaddy全过程记录

pop:历时13天,我的域名终于从新网转移到了GoDaddy了,中间遇到了不少的疑问,不过都最终解决了。GoDaddy确实是一个诚信的企业,同样服务也很到位,可能语言不通导致一些问题比较麻烦,不过一定要善于联系。

同时也要感谢同学Chopin以及Google给我的帮助,谢谢。

下面就是详细的转移过程:

年前就看到不少人将自己的域名转移到GoDaddy去,因为快过年了,代理商和快递都放假了,所以年后来办这个事情。

【1】2月21日 经过与代理商紫田网络的交谈,下午2点将填写好的表格和身份证复印件使用中通快递(快递费10元)发往郑州经三路的紫田网络总部

【2】2月22日 快件到达郑州,业务员正在派件

【3】2月23日 上午9点30分,联系紫田网络的客服小北,说快件已经到达紫田公司,查看后会跟我联系。
下午1点20分,再次联系小北,一直不回话,咨询了一下其他客服,说可能不在电脑旁,漫长的等待。
下午3点25分,拨打0371-63389131找小北,说他不在办公室了,让我明天再联系。

【4】2月24日 上午9点50分,客服小北上线,他说正在审核我的资料,过了几分钟,让我联系紫田的财务客服支付了20元的快递费。支付之后小北说今天就会把资料发送到新网北京总部,大概3、4天就能收到转移密码了。后来找小北要了快递的单号,居然使用的是圆通的,还要20块钱。

【5】2月26号 通过快递查看到已经签收,立马联系到了紫田小北,问何时能收到转移密码

上午10点42分,收到新网邮件,提示“国际域名请联系代理商获取密码。”
接着电话联系了小北,说让我上QQ谈。经过交谈,可能是将我的申请理解为了转移代理商,然后说让领导修改一下,需要到下午查看一下邮箱,然后将链接发给她。

【6】2月27号 下午6点,QQ收到紫田小北发来的域名转移密码,迫不及待的打开GoDaddy.com进行域名转移,一路顺利,不过支付宝成功支付后在GoDaddy却没有订单信息,这可把我搞懵了。
马上网络进行搜索,发现确有跟我一样的网友。于是发消息进行咨询GoDaddy的工作人员,进入Gmail一看,也收到了GoDaddy的退款邮件:
Your order was not processed

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we could not process your order using Alipay? for the following reason:

Funding received was either more or less than expected. This could be due to a domain name no longer being available when funds were received.

If funds were received, we have refunded the full amount received back to your Alipay account.
REFUND AMOUNT: ($7.17)

Again, your order was not processed. If you wish to re-order, please use the following link to return to your shopping cart.

Please contact us if you need any further assistance.

We look forward to your continued patronage,
GoDaddy.com, Inc.

上面意思我简单的翻译一下,就是说收到的钱多了或者少了,GoDaddy拒绝接受款项,如果已经打款的话,到时候会退给该账户。

pop心里是心如刀绞啊,后来觉得可能是支付的时候采用的傲游,也看了一下网上对GoDaddy的信用评价很好,所以马上又使用IE进行重新下单,这次支付成功了,也有订单出来。马上进入域名邮箱进行查看,没有收到转移用的两个密码,晕,又是一头雾水啊。
因为是网易的163邮箱,我想了一下,灵机一动登陆新网的管理页面,将管理邮箱修改成了Gmail,然后在GoDaddy重新发了一下邮件,呵呵,立马收到了。接着输入密码和千辛万苦得到的域名转移密码,转移操作步骤完成,总算是舒了一口气,下面接着的就是等待。
我又借鉴网友的邮件,发了一封索咨询退款的邮件到GoDaddy,提示24小时会给我回复。

【7】2月28号 上午7点,收到了GoDaddy的邮件回复,给我的回复是“esc to billing Alipay issue”还有一封是说我的订单似乎已经处理了。后来进入支付宝一看,原来订单号是一样的。晕倒。再次利用Google翻译写了一封邮件,提供了两次支付的支付宝交易号码,继续等待。
2月28号 晚21点 收到回复:

Thank you for contacting Online Support. We
have thoroughly reviewed this issue in our billing system. As we do not
have any record of a double charge with us, you will need to resolve
this issue with Alipay. I apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause. Please let us know if we may be of further assistance.

意思说Godaddy看了一下他们的账单纪录,没有发现双重收费。让我跟支付宝联系这个事情。

没有办法,联系到了美国的同学,帮我重新写了一封邮件,发给了GoDaddy,不知道到时候给我什么样的回复。焦急等待中。

【8】3月1号 0点15分收到了GoDaddy的邮件

意思是说确认了我的第一次付款确实没有收到,将在5-7个工作日会收到退款

【9】3月1号 9点40分 我的支付宝收到了GoDaddy的退款

2010.03.01 GODADDY.COM... 收入: 49.09元 交易成功

查看了GoDaddy的转移订单还在,实在太高兴了。继续等待域名转移的成功

【10】3月5号 13点50分 域名转移成功,收到了GoDaddy的域名转移成功邮件,在Whois信息,已经为GoDaddy

This is a Domain Name Complaint letter about HiChina Registrar I send 3nd times. I’m the domain owner of xxxxxx, wanna transfer domains registrar from HiChina (HiChina Zhicheng Technology Limited, www.net.cn) to GoDaddy.com, Inc.

But after I submit information include photocopy of id card & passport and comfirm they recieved (by telephone). HICHINA refuse to processed the transfer, the reason is the application form is not completely. Actually I submit 2 times to meet their request.

First time: Around 23rd, Dec 2008 I sent application form and photocopy of my ID card. They replay me that there is a reqest item i left empty and no signature;
